Ha, right on dude, I think you are on to something.
Wow, bingo; I too wondered if Casey got off because of her sex. And someone actually nagged me that we shouldn't be second-guessing the poor jurors; SCREW that! After all the evidence, including what you just said, SCREW that. Yeah, she said she knew her daughter was dead and just hid it, but SO what?? Her story did NOT add up!! I hope you know, though, that Peterson was just as guilty; there was far more compelling evidence than what you mentioned here.Jennifer
Actually, what I am hearing now - she got off, because the prosecution wanted to get the death penalty - which requires a more evidence and testimony. If the prosecution had NOT pursued the death penalty, but life in prison, she might just be there. However, my mockery above is still valid. Scott Peterson went to Death Row for murder on what appears to be less evidence than Casey Anthony was acquitted on (most of the charges anyway).(I could not fit all the evidence into those small boxes - that is why not all of it is listed)...
I wanna see Nancy Grace vs. OJ Simpson.
@anon - yeah - like in just a normal fist-fight would be nice:)
"If the prosecution had NOT pursued the death penalty, but life in prison, she might just be there"Aw, DAMN! Yeah, I heard that felony murder was too steep too; DANGit. Maybe the jurors were serious, then, when they said they needed just a little more evidence; a woman's life was in their hands. Well, you may be right that Casey had even more evidence than Scott; I knew you couldn't possibly list all of Scott's evidence, I just knew there was bigger stuff. He and Casey are both narcissistic idiots who killed innocents for no reason, offered paltry excuses, and it really burns me that only one got nailed.Jennifer
